We spent an excellent time here, can recommend to anyone. The hotel was beautifully restored, as you can expect from Kyoto. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, provided excellent services. The room was spotless, huge with an extensive breakfast. Our location was favourable and marvellous, walk from a train station. Appetising food, really enjoyed it.

The location of Via Inn Prime Kyotoeki Hachijoguchi was perfect for all my needs, just a short walk from the train station. the rooms were spacious and modest, and the breakfast provided was extensive. Would recommend visiting Tsuruya Shinobu Irodori nearby for tea or coffee.

Had 6 nights in this absolutely great hotel, spent our time here lovely. There were TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, greatly enjoyed that. - Amazing location of the property to 7-Eleven store which was very convenient. - A cool bonus was nearby Malebranche Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.
